Has anyone seen this in person?  I have been sick today and spending time surfing the net looking for a few things, (like a new kitchen faucet) and somehow I came upon this.  I've read some reviews and they sound promising, but none of them mentioned using it w/MMU.  I wonder if it works like a flocked sponge, or the red cleansing sponge that Dayna uses and loves.  I admit that I am drawn in by the gimmick of the "pink egg shape", but if it truly works it may not be a bad investment.  It's $20 for a single sponge and $34 for the sponge/cleanser kit.  They have other kits available too and I did read that the cleanser is not necessary, but it has a built in "pedestal" to place it on to air dry.  See what I mean about gimmicks??  You can buy this directly from the Beauty Blender site, and I saw it at Cherry Culture and Drugstore.com too. Thoughts anyone??  Oh and I apologize for the lousy pic-I had some trouble copying/pasting and this was the best I could do.

I spent the day at a waterpark in the Poconos w/my daughter and 2 of her friends and their parents.  This is the second yr. that we have all gone together and it's quickly becoming a summer tradition.  Do you remember my asking for recs on foundation/mmu to wear in the water a couple of weeks ago?  I think LadyTee or SCA suggested that I swim w/my head above water at all times!!  Well that wasn't possible and I definitely had the "drowned rat" look going for part of the day.  So I just wore a little bit of Camellia Oil for moisture, a thin layer of Monistat Soothing Care Chafing Primer and 2 light layers of Meow Pampered Puss in N. Manx.  I was quite impressed that it held up fairly well most of the day.  When I wiped my face w/a baby wipe at the end of the day a little foundation came off on it.  Not bad for 6 hrs. of big slides, rafts and chutes!

I couldn't pass up that 33% discount and now I see that it's been extended another day-wondering if there is anything else I should get at these prices.  I am really thinking of the Lumi lips trio, but it's so hard to choose colors.  My brain is pretty much mush at this point in the day-as I was up at 5:30 this am and had no coffee all day long!
